Aether Technologies ("we", "our", "us") built the Travio app as a commercial application. This page informs visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for users of our app.
Information Collection and Use
Travio collects minimal data to provide our travel intelligence services. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to personalize your experience. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Advertising
Travio uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
In-App Purchases
Travio offers a premium monthly subscription processed through Google Play. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is not accessible to us.
Data Storage
User preferences, points balances, and content unlock states are stored locally on your device using shared preferences. Destination data is fetched from Firebase Realtime Database and cached locally for offline access.
Third-Party Services
Travio uses the following third-party services that may collect data: Google Firebase (analytics, database, messaging), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Sign-In (authentication). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data use.
Children's Privacy
Travio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
